The company is an Americantoyand juvenile-products retailer.Drive engaging digital experiences through the integrated delivery of the companys digital assets, including websites, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, virtual event presentation, mobile applications and marketing analytics and metrics.Work alongside colleagues to establish a strategic digital plan to support business and functional requirementsLead the development of the overall customer experience on the website for the group; including but not limited to how to bring campaigns to life on the website as well as building brand experiences on the site.Manage the coordination, composition, and delivery of online marketing tools in support of campaigns in the following areas: email marketing, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media and mobile marketing.Collaborate to implement data collection tags and analytics tools ensuring that all programs are measureable and drive back to specific objectives that can be evaluated for efficiency and ROIBuild management/measurement frameworks to drive greater digital success and work with businesses to drive growth in conversion rates and optimization through strategy, analysis, and insights.Drive revenue on website through third party advertising.Operationalize analytics process and report generation.Develop training materials, procedures documents and other materials to be leveraged by the organization.Ability to independently manage multiple projects and clients with changing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, deadline-driven, high stakes environmentProven ability to measure, evaluate and adjust to improve program performanceAreas of execution include: Visual Design; Social Media technologies; User Experience, Mobile Application Implementation, Content Management, and integration of Digital to Marketing CampaignsAbility to work with senior management and partner with business leaders and department peersBachelors Degree; Masters Degree preferred10-15 years experience in the online marketing industry either the client, agency, or vendor side.Ability to manage small to large marketing projects end-to-end.Relevant experience gained in an agency or in-house digital role with a proven track record of achievement in the range of digital marketing skills and toolsAbility to manage small to large marketing projects end-to-end.Strong oral and written communication skills.Understanding of databases and related CRM technologiesExcellent organizational and prioritization skills.Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients.Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization.Experience in producing and executing digital marketing strategies, action plans and generating performance reportsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
