THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A SUCCESSFUL AND ACCOMPLISHED SALES PROFESSIONAL with 4 to 12 years of experience as a staffing professional or in selling human resources software into large enterprise accounts.

The Sr. Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business with large strategic accounts. This will be achieved through account planning, researching prospective customers, using business development techniques and field:based sales activities within a defined set of prospects. We are looking for someone who is energetic, organized, and ambitious
The individual will work closely with leadership to become a subject matter expert, and to identify, develop, and win high:value, enterprise:level opportunities.
:4+ years of experience selling recruiting or HR software or staffing sales to large enterprise accounts; meeting and exceeding sales goals in a consultative, solutions:oriented sales environment is preferred
:Bachelors degree (ideally with business or marketing major) and 3.0+ GPA
:Success track record of goal attainment and sales awards, e.g., Presidents Club or other organizational recognition
:Experience utilizing other web:based services for product demonstration
:Experience tracking a sales pipeline using CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
:Ambitious, self:motivated, and relationship driven.
:Very detail oriented with superior documentation and follow:up skills
:Be eligible to work in the United States both now and at any and all points in the future without employer sponsorship as no sponsorship is available.
