Greeting employees and visitors to the office
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Assisting with meeting and event planning and
set up for the office
Assisting with payroll processing and accounts
payable when needed
Select candidates according to the requirement,
set up interview schedule and corresponds with new hire candidates.
Prepares all material for new hire orientation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or master degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
Strong organizational, time management, written
and verbal communication skills
Team Player
Attention to detail
English, Chinese
