GP Strategies Corporation has an immediate need for a Training Coordinator (Administrative Support) to work onsite at our client site in Princeton Pike, NJ.
Job Summary
Provide administrative support for our client's training programs to include:
+ Retrieve materials from storage closet and set up materials in classroom for the designated program
+ Configure class set up, if needed
+ Meet Facilitator:
+ Provide any IT information needed to access the internet
+ Provide phone numbers for the Training Center team members responsible for AV equipment
+ Provide roster and evaluation forms; review expected process for returning signed rosters and evaluation forms
+ Return to classroom at the close of the program to ensure that excess materials are cleaned up and room is returned to original set up
+ Keep inventory of program materials and supplies and report to team
+ Manage security registration and Wi-Fi access for facilitators and outside guests for all NJ programs
+ Work with Sales Learning to secure training space for programs in NJ work with on-site contacts in alternate locations to ensure proper space is secured for other programs
+ Assist Logistics Implementation Specialists:
+ Send invite/enrollment notice
+ Send enrollment reminder/pre-work
+ Pre-work tracking
+ Provide producer support for VILT (using WebEx, etc.) as needed
+ Process eSet-Ups for BW/GP employees that need access to the BMS BULP system
+ Regularly update communications
+ Assist Logistics Manager with excel reports and pivot tables
+ Experience in an administrative/coordinator/planner type role
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Experience working in a corporate learning management system (LMS) or an enterprise relational database preferred
Other Requirements
+ May need to travel to alternate NJ sites for off-site program support or meetings
