ZS Customer Centric Marketing (CCM) team, launched in 2013, helps our clients transform their business from being product / tactic:centric to being customer:centric. Our unique approach leverages our expertise in sales force promotion optimization, marketing analytics and optimization, and marketing campaign planning to deliver a fully integrated customer centric promotion plan that integrates sales and marketing. A key component of our CCM practice is to develop our marketing operations value proposition and raise clientawareness for our services.
We have an openingat theManager level withinour Customer Centric Marketing practice.
Responsibilities for this position will focus in two main areas: Enhancing ZS Marketing operations capability and business development.
:Enhancing ZS CCM: Marketing Operations Capabilities
:Marketing operations expertise (Functional Major)
:Focus on enhancing our Marketing Operations capability
:Refine ZS CCM Marketing Operations value proposition, as needed
:Critical experience/expertise in Marketing Operations solutions/offerings
:Work with marketing teams to develop strategic, customer:centric promotion journeys
:Develop tactical plans to deploy the journeys
:Manage on/off shore teams to deploy the journeys
:Build, coach and mentor Marketing Operations team
:Develop and create value proposition material to support sales effort
2. Business Development
:Drive sales growth by leading the effort to develop new business in the Life Sciences space
:Lead the effort to engage our Life Sciences clients in the development of marketing operations strategies
:Fine tune the Marketing Operations go:to:market strategy for ZS
:Consistently identify, pursue and close new business opportunities
:Raise ZS marketplace presence/profile through a range of thought leadership activities (whitepapers, industry conference presentations, blog posts, etc.)
:Lead project teams on marketing operations client engagements
:Project management and delivery
:Partner with other ZS capability areas to ensure Marketing Operations is integrated with our other service offerings used by our clients
:Bachelors degree required in business, operations or a quantitative field, A proven track record of business development.
:10+ years of prior relevant work experience, preferably in professional services/consulting
:High motivation, outstanding work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
:Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams
:Strong oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior:level decision makers
:Strong attention to detail, with a quality:focused mindset
:Strong problem solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook
ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English is required, additional fluency in at least one European or Asian languag
