Job Description
Duration: Full time
Location: Somerset, NJ
:You will be calling on businesses across the country to sell Reflik recruiting solution.
:You will be responsible for identifying, contacting and converting leads into customers.
:Manage the entire sales cycle, starting with lead generation, needs assessment, prospect qualification, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
:Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.
:Must be able to influence various levels of decision:makers.
:Achieve assigned sales targets.
:Bachelors Degree (ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Marketing)
:Experience selling staffing services to mid:large clients
:Experience in B2B sales; meeting and exceeding sales goals in a consultative, solutions:oriented sales environment is preferred
:Articulate with ability to deliver effective sales presentation
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
:Ambitious, self:motivated and relationship driven.
:Experience tracking a sales pipeline using CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics
:Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
:Must be tech:savvy and able to conduct web demos via GoToMeeting and Phone.
