Job Description:
Associate Director, Product Delivery positions offered by ODH, Inc. (Princeton, NJ). Manages the delivery of ODH digital IT products and services to customers in accordance with the Statement of Work and agreed upon Project Plans. Works with members from all other functional areas (ie, commercial, technical, analytics, clinical) as well as delivery to ensure digital products and services are delivered as required for platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA and Wrike.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a master s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, systems engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or 5 years of experience implementing IT and business operations systems in a behavioral healthcare field. Also requires 5 years of experience: implementing lifecycle software in a healthcare related field; managing day-to-day operations and projects for cloud based technology solutions; analyzing business and technical requirements; performing business process modeling and mapping; using SAS, SQL, and MS Access to set up quality control processes and ensure data integrity underlying healthcare IT systems; performing data analytics & reporting in healthcare industry working with IMS and payer data source in mental health field; reading, writing, and understanding technical business requirements documents and projecting their impact on the customer experience and customer change management needs; performing queries to generate or amend reports or visualizations to be delivered to the customer; and performing project management and implementing customer support tools. Requires 3 years of experience developing iterative methodology.
