Job Description Purpose
General: The position performs a variety of diverse and moderately complex business:specific tasks of a responsible nature in support of a department or functional area requiring planning, organization, judgment and adaptability. Supports the functional objectives of assigned department or team by performing a variety of activities in support of the functional processes, programs, and/or services. The incumbent's work is not dependent on the department manager; rather, he/she typically works independently on tasks or projects which support the function and may include creating reports and presentations, providing support for budgets and projects, and system reporting, processing, and data analysis.
Job:Specific: HR support position responsible for providing consistent, high quality Talent Acquisition support and coordination to Novo Nordisk employees and candidates involved in the recruiting process. Responsible for coordination of all phases of the candidates lifecycle including coordination of interviews, offers and on:boarding paperwork.
Directly supports a business or supports a function. Frequent inter and intra:departmental contact is required, as well as contact with individuals representing outside organizations on matters of moderate importance to the function, department or of a sensitive nature. May interact externally with organizations and/or vendors. May provide guidance and assistance to lower level administrative positions.
Job:Specific: Reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations. Responsible for maintaining strong relationship with internal Human Resource functions through the coordination of tasks and processes associated with Talent Acquisition. Partners daily with the Delivery Team in ensuring a superior candidate experience. Interacts with all levels of the business in support of the candidate lifecycle. Partners with our Global Shared Service Center and Ask HR Center to ensure internal and external candidate needs are met. External relationships include but are not limited to Talent Acquisition technology vendors, background vendors, candidates and new hires.
Essential Functions
Compiles and analyzes data, creates report and provides information regarding function specific policies and procedures for applied use of management, and tracking and control of processes, projects and activities. Follows:up on action items and activities in support of the department and/or function in accordance of project plans and timelines. Identifies and executes on areas for improvement within the department. May handle calendar management as needed. May occasionally provide some administrative support to department or function or assist with overflow work from higher level administrative positions. May perform a variety of routine office duties involving typing, invoicing, record and file maintenance, data entry, meeting/travel arrangements, planning and execution of either on or offsite department meetings, processing expense reports, department event planning (e.g. off sites, team building, group meetings), running/processing reports, and vendor management as needed. May perform purchasing activities on behalf of department associated to vendor contracts and purchasing of goods. Obtains resources necessary in order to execute events and programs. Performs analysis based on identified needs based on direction provided. Provides support for budgets and tracks project timelines and deliverables. Pulls information from various sources and creates presentations as needed. Reviews, updates and uploads information to relevant systems. Utilizes software and/or systems specific to the functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
