Compensation$35,000 Annually

Daily and Monthly Duties/Tasks

Setting up new tenants in Accounting Program per Lease Agreement.
Billing monthly and entering tenant payments.
Entering Vendor bills and paying bills as directed.
Filing for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Making calls or sending emails for collections. (Must have strong collection skills)
Dealing with tenants and vendors by phone.

Trouble-shooting or investigating tenant questions and issues.
Set-up contracts with Vendors for services for the properties and getting approvals.
Make sure all required documents are current annually.
Prepare letters and documents.

Prepare bank deposits and remote deposits as needed.
Reconcile all bank accounts for the properties monthly.
Reconcile vendor and tenants accounts as needed.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 3 years accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.

Able to handle some tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
Able to take on administrative tasks as needed to support other departments.
Pays close attention to detail when dealing with complex agreements.
Can reconcile multiple large bank accounts.
Does not get overwhelmed easily.

This position has a lot of diversified tasks, projects and is multi-layered and the ideal candidate will have experience with handling multiple tasks and prioritize with ease.

Attention to detail and accuracy is also a must.
We will train on Accounting Software.
